I am in the process of testing some stuff with the forum, because I want to maximize this sites performance and use it to the servers best ability. For this reason I may be relocating the forums to the Unbounded Music site's Blissful Misery page. However, if I do move the forums they will still point in in any links. Hey everybody, Michael here... Just wanted to let everyone know that I am still working on stuff in the studio for Blissful Misery, but I am having to work on a lot of my other band's, Black Misery, stuff too right now. I'm really pressed for time, but I'm working on everything all at once. I am also in the middle of major updates for the Unbounded Music site and the Black Misery site. I wanted to make a news post to let everyone know that I, Michael, am in the studio recording Blissful Misery stuff again. After trying to record the first album many times and failing to finish it, I have decided to give it one last try. If I cannot finish the album this time I am going to scrap it completely. I will post more about this later in a studio journal so keep an eye out for site updates saying the journal sections are open. Also, keep an eye on our myspace for more information....

I have found the problem and will be updating it in the next few minutes. The upgrade to php5 threw off some of the coding slightly, but it's an easy fix. Please let us know if you find any more problems asap....

News Board:: Site Problems:: Site Isn't Loading

It has come to my attention that the site is no longer loading on the live server, but the same code loads fine on both of our home/development servers. Please be patient with us while we figure out what's going on. So far we think it has something to do with our Hosting Provider upgrading to php 5. The site was developed using php 4, so I'm going to be looking into getting it up to the php 5 standars to see if that helps....

A while back, right after the initial planning stages of the Ghost Ship album, I started the initial planning stages of the Black Misery album. I have now started working on finishing up those initial planning stages. I have changed the line up for the Ghost Ship album a little bit. I have replaced song 11. Zombies with a song I had started a while back called Poltergeist. However, Zombies will probably still be a song, and will most likely appear on Black Misery....

I have posted a small Studio Journal with a few details about what's been going on in the studio. For the next 3 or 4 days I'll be working on the website if I get any spare time. Hopefully I'll get atleast one new section up and running. One last thing... Blissful Misery is looking for live members. I am on my way back into the studio right now to either work on Cold or the new takes of the drum tracks. I am going to be working on this the rest of the weekend. I will resume work on the website on nights that I have worked and have to work the next day as well. I have gotten sick of the old site here... So I have decided to do something new. I am going to be recording today, but I am going to start fresh on a new design for the site. Welcome to the new Blissful Misery Website.

Our goal with this site is to be much more simple than the older sites. Let us know what you think of it compared to the old versions of the site.

I have went on and updated the site to v7, because I needed to take down the old content in order to have enough space on the server to test the new version of the site. I hope that everyone likes the new site as much as I do.
